Bittersweet Summer Tonic
Crisp, refreshing and a touch bittersweet. With the end of summer getting closer and closer, it's the perfect cocktail to sip in the backyard before the cold autumn days are here.
Ingredients

1.5 oz of Gin

1.5 oz of freshly squeezed Grapefruit

0.75 oz of Simple Syrup

Mediterranean Tonic Water

Garnish with Lime Wedge and Rosemary Sprigs

Add your first three ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake! Then strain into your ice-filled glass, top with tonic water and add your garnishes.

Enjoy!!

**You can up the gin to 2.0oz for a stronger cocktail.
**You can use any tonic water, I just happen to love the Mediterranean Tonic that I have for this cocktail. It's only $5.99 at my local liquor store.
