Brown Sugar & Oat Milk
Irish Coffee
You've got Irish whiskey, coffee, brown sugar, oat milk...what's not to love in this twist on everyone's favorite St. Paddy's day cocktail?

Ingredients

-
1 mug of Coffee, 2/3 full
-
1.5 oz of Irish Whiskey
-
1 oz of Silk's Oat Yeah Vanilla Oat Milk Creamer
-
0.75 oz of Brown Sugar Syrup
-
Whipped Cream & Brown Sugar (optional)

Add your favorite Irish whiskey, creamer and syrup to your coffee (hot or iced), then give it a stir. Then top with whipped cream and sprinkle some extra brown sugar!

Enjoy!!

**Creamer can be substituted for 1oz of Bailey's.
**Some popular Irish whiskeys to try: Jameson (I use the Jameson Caskmates Stout), Bushmills, Tullamore Dew, and for those who hate the taste of whiskey, I recommend Teeling: so smooth, almost no bite for a whiskey.
**For brown sugar syrup, mix equal parts brown sugar & hot water and stir until sugar dissolves.
**To keep this dairy-free, use a coconut milk whipped cream or other non-dairy whip.
