Ingredients

• 1.75oz of Bourbon

• 1oz of fresh Lemon Juice

• 0.5oz of Lavender Syrup

• 0.5oz of Honey Syrup

• Splash of Soda

• Garnish: Thyme Sprigs & Baby's Breath

Add first four ingredients into a shaker filled with ice & shake!  Then strain into a highball filled with ice, add a splash of soda, and then garnish with your thyme sprigs & (optional) baby's breath.

**For the lavender syrup, I like this one from Monin.

 

**For the honey syrup, add 1 cup of boiling water to 1 cup of honey and stir until dissolved.
